The Classic version of Sedation Stethoscope has the microphone built into the line of the chest piece. It includes an adult Wenger chest piece, but is interchangeable with the pediatric chest piece and/or an esophageal probe.  Small Size 3.8" x 2.1" x 0.9". Uses 2 AAA Batteries.
